2. Estimates and Service Execution
All online and over-the-phone estimates provided by Machete Cleaning are free and based on preliminary roof and property details. Should site conditions reveal severe structural damage or inaccessible hazards upon arrival, adjustments will be discussed with the client before work begins.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty
We pride ourselves on our quality. As owner Edwin Escobar states: “There is no competition when it comes to the quality of our work.” If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our solar panel cleaning or gutter clearing, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the area free of charge.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the County of Kern.
